Live Blood Analysis is a unique and insightful way to assess your health by examining the characteristics of your blood cells in real-time. Using a specialized dark field microscope, we analyze your blood to gain valuable insights into your overall health and identify potential stressors or deficiencies.

The process is simple and minimally invasive. A small lancet is used to obtain a drop of blood from your finger, which is then placed on a slide and viewed under a microscope. The live images of your blood cells are displayed on a computer monitor, allowing you to observe your red blood cells, white blood cells, and other components like platelets.

This analysis offers valuable insights into your overall health. We can evaluate the activity level of your white blood cells and detect whether your red blood cells are forming clusters (rouleaux) that could obstruct blood flow in your smallest blood vessels called capillaries. Ideally, we want all of the red blood cells to be separate, flowing easily on their own, with a donut shaped indentation in the middle and soft, rounded edges. Oftentimes, specific stressors, like food items and lifestyle habits directly contribute to these rouleaux formations and membrane abnormalities. Additionally, we can identify signs of oxidative stress by observing any irregularities in red blood cell membranes, which may indicate an imbalance between harmful oxidative processes and your body's antioxidant defenses.
