Emotional Stress Release Technique - Virtual
Virtual Emotional Stress Release Sessions offer a powerful and accessible way to experience meaningful emotional healing from anywhere in the world. The outcomes are similar to NeuroEmotional Technique (NET), Touch for Health (TFH) and other emotion-based muscle testing modalities, with the primary difference being that this method is intentionally adapted for long-distance application.
These sessions use an integrative framework that draws from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, meridian-organ-emotion relationships, Western psychology concepts, and muscle testing as a nervous system biofeedback mechanism.
Adapted from principles within Applied Kinesiology, TFH, NET, and other related systems, this work focuses on identifying and resolving unprocessed stress from adverse emotional experiences. When a negative experience isn’t fully processed at the time it occurs, it imprints as identifiable, unprocessed nervous system charge stored within the body. Emotional Stress Release methodology, however, accesses both the conscious mind and the subconscious body-mind through the nervous system—allowing for rewiring and reprogramming at a deep level. When these conscious and subconscious systems fall out of alignment, we experience mental, physical, and spiritual dysfunction. Re-aligning them frees up tremendous amounts of energy and internal resources, increasing emotional bandwidth, stress-coping capacity, cellular repair, detoxification, and many other processes essential to attaining a better quality of life.
